Description: Akurate 242 features Linn’s 3K Driver Array technology that creates a consistent single point sound source and improves high frequency response, meaning you hear the same incredible level of detail throughout the room. All components used in the 3K Driver Array are tolerance matched to ensure sonic consistency throughout. Glass fibre composite cone 6.5 inch bass drive units deliver pure musical bass and the highly braced internal cabinet construction ensures the best possible performance from the advanced drive unit design.

Finishes/Options: High grade real wood veneers are used through and are available in standard (Cherry, Black Ash, Rosenut, Oak, Walnut and White) or special high gloss finishes, including over 200 bespoke RAL colours to complement any living space.

Comments: Akurate 242 can be used alone, or added to other Akurate loudspeakers in a surround sound system. With a host of upgrades available to build up to the ultimate Aktiv configuration, Akurate 242 will extract every last emotion from your music or movie collection.
