The Home Cinema Centre has made every effort in the preparation of the website and its content herein. In particular in relation to the products pricing and in their description. However we cannot be held responsible for any material error made in terms of description or pricing made on this site, colour of certain items may also differ depending on the quality/settings of your computer monitor. Packaging may differ form that shown on the website. A VAT receipt is available on request.

As soon as you have placed your order you will be sent an initial e-mail confirming your order.

Upon receipt of your order we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of availability and estimated delivery time. You will also receive a unique reference number that represents your order with us. Alternatively you can contact the shop and query availability of any item prior to ordering.

 

Withdrawal & Cancellation Rights

When buying goods and services over the internet, you are entering into a legally binding contract. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging. We recommend that you use a registered service for your return as we will not be held responsible for damage incurred in transit even if the goods were originally faulty. If damage occurs or the goods are not returned as new they will be returned to you.

Changes to Legal Notices

The Home Cinema Centre reserves the right to change any of the data or information contained within this website and any of the terms and conditions of purchase. We recommend you check the terms and conditions regularly to be aware of any change that might have been made since your last purchase.

Warranty

All of our new products are supplied with the full manufacturers’ warranty - typically one or two years - unless otherwise stated. Please ask for details on specific items

All used products are supplied with a minimum of three months warranty.

Additionally we provide a free of charge extended guarantee on certain products.

Please note that there will be a service charge on items returned where no fault is found.

Five year warranty. After the manufactures warranty has expired we will extend the guarantee for up to five years from the date of purchase on all televisions and projectors unless otherwise stated.

We will repair any malfunctioning part of you equipment for five years from the date of purchase up to the original purchase price unless otherwise stated.

All repairs will be carried out by authorised service agents

If a product is irreparable or uneconomical to repair we will replace it with the same model or if that is no longer available an alternative model of similar quality and performance.

Any claim under the five year warranty must be supported by an original sales receipt.

Exclusions. We will not cover repairs as a result of non-domestic use, neglect or deliberate damage

We will not repair or replace items that are user replaceable including but not limited to batteries and bulbs

We will not repair or replace cosmetic damage and/or damage that does not alter the performance of the product.
