Projection Design:
After a very long wait we have had the opportunity to fully evaluate the Projection Design M25 and now eagerly await the launch of the full production model the Spectra. The M25 delivers an amazing picture with perfect motion, highly accurate colour reproduction and stunning levels of depth and accuracy for a projector of this size and price. The Spectra improves on each of these strengths again and is set to give the JVC HD100 a run for its money. This year Projection Design have clearly separated their Home Cinema projectors from the business models that they produce under the new heading of Avielo. Each projector within the Avielo range benefits from the best purpose made lenses that Projection design produce - the top 5% are included to ensure the very best picture. The Spectra is due to arrive in early June and the Optix ( replacing the Model 3) should follow shortly after that.
Pioneer Plasma Televisions:
The new range of Pioneer plasma televisions will be with us soon. The PDP-428XD is now discontinued and there will be no replacement this year but we will see a new 42" model next year. The stunning PDP-608XD has also finished but the new PDP-LX609 will be here in a few weeks. The PDP-LX508D is discontinued with the new PDP-LX509 due around the same time as the PDPLX609. New Yamaha Amplifiers:
We have now started to receive the all new home cinema amplifiers and receivers from Yamaha. Improving on the outgoing range the DSP-AX763 and DSP-AX863se add Dolby True HD and DTS Master Audio decoding along with the excellent sound and build quality we expect from all Yamaha products. With stunning reliability and the best stereo performance in their class the new Yamaha amplifiers are highly recommended.
Chord Cables:
We are now a stockist for Chord cables. If you are looking to make the most of your Hi-Fi or home cinema system good quality cables are the key. Upgrading your speaker cable and interconnects can make a tremendous difference to the performance of your system. Dali Loudspeakers:
We are now a stockist for Dali loudspeakers and have the all new Motif surround sound speaker pack on demonstration. In addition to the Motif we also have the amazing Helicon 400 Mk2 and Ikon 7.1 cinema speakers on display and for those looking for discrete speakers with excellent sound we also have the Helicon Phantom and Ikon Phantom speakers in store. These speakers can go in your wall or on your wall with the addition of the Dali Phrame and really do offer Hi-fi sound from a very discrete cabinet.
New Panasonic Viera Television:
We have started to take delivery of the the first of the new range of LCD and Plasma televisions from Panasonic. The TH42PZ85 is Panasonics first 1080P plasma television in the range to arrive - the ultra slim top of the range TH-PZ800 will follow later in the year - and this model has a greatly increased contrast ratio compared to the outgoing model. With a 30000:1 contrast ratio the black levels from the new Panasonic TVs are very high allowing you to see every detail even in the darkest of scenes rather than a wash of black that is so common on lesser screens. We also have the 37" 1080p LCD the TX-37LZD80 as well as the 32" 1080P LCD the TX-32LZD80, both of which offer a host of facilities to deliver excellent images. With the forthcoming Bluray player, the DMP-BD30EG, and improvements across the DVD recorder and home cinema range Panasonic have very strong line up of products.
VITA R4:
Coming soon the new music system from Vita, the stunning R4. Similar to the Bose waveradio in size but with a far better sound and set of facilities including DAB radio the R4 is in ours minds the best all in one small sound system available.

Projector Room:
This week we have increased the range of projectors that we have on demonstration with the arrival of the excellent JVC HD100. If you are looking get the best in big screen images we have a wide range of projectors for you to compare including the Infocus IN76, Panasonic PTAE2000, Sony VPL-VW60, Projection Design M25 as well as the JVC HD100. With at least five high quality projectors on permanent display we can happily demonstrate what we consider the finest models on the market today. If there is a particular projector that you are considering then please contact us and we can look to include it in a demonstration for you. Over the last few months we have had models from Epsom, Mitsubishi, Themescene Optoma and Barco on display for evaluation for customers

Sharp have launched their latest range of LCD Televisions:
Each of the new XL2 or X20 series screens features a full HD resolution (1920 X 1080 ) even at the 32" screen size and all models feature the new slimline frame allowing you to place a 46" screen where you previously would have put a 42" plasma or LCD.
